If you are having problems signing into your account please consider these points.
Our system will generate 2 new, unique login words each time you submit your email for login. So make sure you check your email and only use the newest words that have been generated. Login words from previous emails will not work.
Make sure you keep the LRoS window open when you are getting the login words from your email. If you close the browser, the login words for that session will no longer be valid and you will need to re-generate the login words in a new browser session.
If your words don't arrive please check your spam folder in case your email manager accidentally sent them there.
If you still haven't received them at all after 5 or 10 minutes please raise an issue with support and we'll look into it for you.
